iStagers Terms of Service

iStagers is a service of RJ Collective, Inc., a North Carolina corporation, 1204 Village Market Pl, Morrisville, NC 27560. These Terms are an agreement between you and RJ Collective, Inc. ("we", "us"). By creating an account, signing in or buying a membership, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy at Privacy Policy. If you use iStagers for a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business.

Who can use iStagers

iStagers is offered to home-staging businesses in the United States. You must be at least 18. Keep your email account and sign-in links secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Do not impersonate others, bypass permissions, upload unlawful material or upload information you do not have the right to share.

Free trial

A new business gets a 14-day free trial of Full membership, starting when its workspace is created. No payment card is needed and the trial never charges you. Signing in to an existing account does not start or restart a trial. One trial per business. If you do not buy a membership, your account moves to Basic when the trial ends.

Full membership, price and automatic renewal

Full membership costs $149 USD per year, plus any sales tax that applies. Prices are shown before tax.

YOUR MEMBERSHIP RENEWS AUTOMATICALLY EVERY YEAR at the then-current annual price, charged to your payment method on file, until you cancel. We will tell you about any price change before it applies to a renewal. Before each renewal, we (through our payment processor, Stripe) email you a reminder.

You can cancel future renewals at any time in Business Center under Membership & billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid year; you keep Full access until then. We do not provide partial-year refunds for cancellation, except as stated below or required by law.

Refunds

If you request a refund within 14 days of your first annual payment, we will refund it in full. A refund ends Full access for that year; your saved data stays. Renewal payments are not refundable except where required by law. Email info@istagers.com to request a refund.

Failed payments and disputes

If a renewal payment fails, your account moves to Basic until payment succeeds. If you dispute a charge with your bank, premium tools are paused while the dispute is open. In both cases your saved data and existing agent access are kept.

Basic membership

Basic is a free, minimal listing: your business name, city and state, and your saved logo where authorized. Inquiries sent to a Basic listing go to iStagers for review; they are not forwarded automatically. Basic does not include Business Center tools such as contacts, projects, inventory or the full public profile and portfolio. Moving to Basic does not delete your saved records, and upgrading restores your tools and previously published content.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload, including your logo, photos, bio and project records. You give us permission to store, process, resize and display your content only to run the service, including showing what you choose to publish. We do not use your content for unrelated advertising, resale or AI training. Only upload content you own or have permission to use, including permission from photographers, property owners and people shown. Nothing you upload is published until you choose to publish it, and you can unpublish at any time, though copies others already made cannot be recalled. We may remove content that appears to violate these Terms or the law.

Inquiries and leads

Visitors can send inquiries through your public profile. Full and trial members receive them in their private inbox; email alerts contain only a link. We do not sell leads, and we do not guarantee any number of inquiries, clients or jobs. Clients contract directly with stagers; iStagers is not a party to staging agreements.

SMS program: iStagers Lead Notifications

iStagers does not currently send text messages. If we offer SMS notifications and you opt in, these terms apply to the iStagers Lead Notifications program:

Acceptable use and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, put others at risk or are used for fraud or spam. You may stop using iStagers at any time and can ask us to close your account by emailing info@istagers.com.

Service changes and availability

We work to keep iStagers available and secure, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue Full membership, we will refund the unused part of your paid year.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, RJ Collective, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, notify members by email before they take effect. Your current paid year stays under the terms you accepted.

Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction, except where the law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
